Dan hails from Orleans where, at a very young age, he discovered his passion for boating and fishing. In 1992, he became a professional accountant in the public sector as a controller. In his 15 years as an accountant, Dan learned about the business world and grew an interest in becoming a business owner. In 2007, he joined forces with his friend Marc to make his dreams a reality. Together, they purchased a small local boat dealership which would grow to become Orleans Boat World & Sports.
Dan and his wife Michelle have two wonderful daughters. Like their dad, they enjoy spending time on the boat as well as fishing. In his spare time, Dan also plays hockey and enjoys spending time with friend and family.

Marc was born and raised in Orleans. Growing up on a family farm, he quickly picked up a strong work ethic and found an interest in the trades as a plumber. However, during the technology boom of the 1990’s, Marc refocused his career and began working in the computer industry. After many years in computer training, Marc joined forces with his friend Dan and began seeking business opportunities. This soon led to the opening of Orleans Boat World & Sports in 2007. Now, Marc not only loves the excitement and challenges the business brings but also enjoys bringing happiness to people’s lives in helping them find the perfect boat.
Marc has been happily married for 34 years to his wife Lynne and together they have two lovely daughters as well as two fantastic sons-in-law. Marc enjoys fishing, wake surfing, and spending time with family and friends.

Mandy grew up in Alexandria, a small town just outside of Ottawa. After spending many years working in the restaurant industry, she completed the Business Administration Program and Algonquin College, majoring in accounting. She enjoys working with numbers because there is always a right answer. She has also worked as the bookkeeper of a law firm before joining our amazing team in 2018. Mandy enjoys learning new things, including more about the boat industry, as everyone is so friendly and helpful.
Mandy is the proud mom of an amazing little boy, who always keeps her occupied. In her free time, she loves to stay active and spend time outdoors.

Huguette was born in Bourget. Growing up, she enjoyed going to school and especially loved math. For a long time, she worked for the federal government and retired after 41 years of service. Yugie was one of the first employees at Orleans Boat & Sports when the store first opened in 2007. A hard worker, she has been an important part of the team ever since. Yugie enjoys her work and prefers to call it a hobby over a job.
Huguette has a daughter and a grandson. On her time off, she loves spending as much time as she can with her family.

Mike is from Orleans, ON. From a young age, Mike developed an interest in the automotive industry. He was a licensed automotive technician for 7 years before joining the Orleans Boat World team in 2011. Mike is now a certified marine technician for Mercury, Mercruiser, BRP Evinrude, Kawasaki and Ilmor. Mike is open to learning new things and enjoys working in a great environment with awesome coworkers.
Mike is happily married and has two beautiful children that keep him busy with sports and extracurricular activities. In his spare time, Mike loves playing sports such as hockey and baseball.

Tyler moved to Ottawa in 2011 from his hometown in Manitoba. He’s been working in customer service since 2008 whether it was Parts, Service, or Sales.
While holding these positions he realized he enjoyed the Warehouse aspect of Parts. He Joined Orleans Boat World as Parts Manager in February of 2020.
Tyler spends his free time with his Family, where he has two kids with his wife Marie-Eve. When he can find the spare time he will catch every Winnipeg Jets game possible in the winter, and will be hiking in the summer.

Robin is originally from Montreal where she lived most of her life. 12 years ago, she moved to Orleans and immediately began working at Orleans Boat World. Robin enjoys seeing her customers’ reaction when their dreams become a reality. Robin has been happily married for 9 years and has an 8-year-old son as well as two step sons. In the winter, Robin spends a lot of time in arenas watching her son play hockey. In the summer, she spends as much time as possible on the boat at the cottage.

Jeff is from Quebec City. His passion for boating began when he purchased his very own boat in 2011. Shortly after, he joined the Orleans Boat World team and has loved it ever since. His favorite aspect of his job is seeing the joy of first-time boat buyers leave with their new rig!
In his free time, Jeff enjoys playing hockey, skiing, fishing, and relaxing at the cottage with his wonderful family.

Myles was born in Hamilton, ON and spent his early childhood in Newfoundland, where he discovered a love for the outdoors and fishing. Naturally, he turned his passion into a career and has now been working in the boating industry for over 20 years. His favorite aspect of his job is being able to help people get on the water to experience the same enjoyment he has while boating and fishing.
When Myles isn’t working, he is fishing! Fishing! Fishing! He also occasionally likes to play golf.

Luc was born in Vanier and has a burning passion for hockey. He even ran his own local business called Houle Sports, which specialized mostly in hockey equipment. In doing so, Luc gained a lot of retail experience which he now applies as a valuable member of the Orleans Boat World team. Luc’s favorite aspect of his job is taking care of customers that ultimately become his friends. Luc has been with the company since 2009!

Maxime knew very early on that his passion in life was going to be fishing, and he knew it at the age of 3, when he caught his first fish on the banks of the Picanoc River. By the age of 10, he was already dreaming of buying a bass boat and along the way, he became an avid fisherman, especially at bass tournaments.
He started his professional life at the age of 17, advising customers at his father's fishing store, who were happy to have such a passionate young man to deal with! He then honed his skills serving customers at a Subaru dealership before being offered what he considers his dream job and the one that brings him back to his passion: Sales at the largest marine dealership in the area. It's proof that childhood dreams can come true if you really believe in them!

Dion was born in New Brunswick but has lived all over Canada. For 10 years, he worked as an automotive technician and service advisor before transitioning to the marine industry. In 2013, he joined the Orleans Boat World team and truly loves his job as an installer.
Dion is married and has two daughters that love to have fun and enjoy life. In his free time, Dion love to play and fix guitars. He also enjoys camping, kayaking and spending time with family.

Mathieu was born and raised in Orléans. He’s a licensed automotive technician. He worked in the automotive industry for 5 years before making the switch into the marine world.
In the summer, Mathieu enjoys spending his time at the cottage with is family and friends. He also loves playing hockey during the winter.
